Thank you Michael:

When going through a turnaround, I like to have approx. 6 months cash in the bank so that the question of viability or our ability to pay our bills becomes a non issue.

And yes, my executive management team is, for the most part, in place. I will have one additional announcement within the next couple of weeks.

P.S. I am amazed at the amount of mail you guys have generated in twenty-four hours.

Unfortunately, my time communicating this way is limited. Maurene, my assistant, will scan several times a week and if there is a general topic or question that comes up often, I will try to answer.

I enjoy doing this; however, there are not enough hours in the day to cover all my bases. And I'm sure that you all want me to prioritize everything I do.
