Ron, think the books you are asking about are Spin off to pay off by Joseph Cornell and How to be a stock market genius even if you are not too smart(or something like that) by Joel Greenblat. The 2nd one is great, the 1st Im still reading... In addition to the previous post also spin offs are coming Campbell Soup Fairchild FA Finished NCR from IBM YUM from Pepsi These are the ones Im watching, however frankly while Im an active investor I've yet to buy into a Spin Off..
