Unbelievable. Good find. It is Mark Ragus from EcoNavigation LLC. So apparently the problem with the last PTOI-EcoNavigation deal from 2015 which mysteriously vanished after two or three years was that the name wasn't quite right. I'm sure with a brand new shiny name, the new sham deal will move forward this time. Timestamp of right now, hovering over the "info@nulixo.com" link still has mark.ragus@hotmail.com. I expect that will change very shortly. Obviously Mr. Ragus doesn't want people to know of his association with the previous sham deal with PTOI. I'm sure he'll be more careful next time.
