Actually, the AIG contract was announced in the Nov. 24 FAMH press release. Old news.(Ira just said they had "been by the office" yesterday during the conference call.) Also in that release, they said year to date earnings after the third quarter were .12 per share. I guess that is pre-dilution.

Ira also said in the conference call that the company had been public since 1995. He also said that Myriad had about $38 million in long-term contracts. Can they count on any more revenues than that? Is the current Myriad management team staying? If the deal is done, do the Myriad staff have much incentive to land new contracts now?

The terms of the reverse split should be interesting (unless anyone believes we will see a 30-40 P/E for this company). Why didn't Ira mention it?
