I listened in to the CC tonight. I have to say that I wasn't overly impressed with the call.The analysts on the call were Chaplinksy at Hambrecht,Eric ? at Volpe Brown,Andy Shepich at Nutmeg and some guy from a small fund I suppose. Nobody complimented them on a good job or anything.It was definetly a dismal call. If I understood correct, the loss for the current qrtr. will primarily be from the divisions that they are divesting themselves of. I might be wrong though.Couldn't really tell if they hired a IB to sell the divisions or what! I think they institued the Share Buyback as a token to fend off hostile shareholders like us. 2MM shares in a one year fashion,please give me a break. They have 100MM plus in cash!! They should have announced a 5MM share BB. In closing, I think the bad news is already built into the stock price.Look at SIII, Trident,Crus,NMGC,OPTI....all these stocks are crushed and ready to move up. Questions for you guys: Why did the company institute a poison pill back in August? What is there investment (I believe 10%) in that Tawianese fab company worth? Good Luck to all...Still long the stock!!
