Pugs, The thing that doesn't make sense here is that, if they are short, the MM's should be falling all over themselves trying to get this stock trading while doubt still exists and the price would likely drop. If, on the other hand, the company is keeping the stock from trading by not issuing the 10K, then what you (and/or the company) have stated in the past is false......that the stock was able to start trading once the SEC halt was lifted. This continued "changing the story" is what makes this thing so suspect. Any reaction? TC
