Mr. Brubaker:

My point was that a bad result in a "kangaroo court" in Canada could have some consequences in the US even though the stock no longer trades in Canada. I'm no expert on the various treaties between the US and Canada but I would not be surprised (especially in light of NAFTA) to find there is some agreement on cooperation in these matters. Moreover, after Bre-X which exchange would want to take the chance on allowing a company to list under such circumstances? In my opinion, this issue needs to be pursued much more agressively by the Company.
