You are a brain dead zombie Charity Navigator suspended the Clinton Foundation for false records and inflated payout ratio records in 2015 so the Clinton Foundation cleaned up its act only after Hilary lost and all of the donations dried up.

The highest payout ratio I can find prior to recently was in 2013 when it paid out only 10%. The donations were likely graft money. Why have the donations dried up since the witch lost in 2016? .
