Rubin appears to have done everything he needs to get CAFE back on its feet. He's removed debt, re-negotiated leases, sold off non-performing assets, and hired good management. He's now on a measured mile (with Mirage). You know, with the auction of CAFE's Atlanta stuff on jan 31, and the money mentioned in the 8-K, CAFE might wind up having a very interesting quarterly report.
