I understand your point TC, The investor had a hard time getting the money to RMCW, RMIL was never informed 'why' the money was tardy. Now, the co. is aware of why the money was delayed to the 28th. Once the money arrives, the 10K will be released to reflect the cash. The tardiness dealt with the 'source' of where the investor was getting the money. Everything is on schedule for the 28th. When the money is recieved, the 10K will be provided to the MM's. A string of announcements from RMIL will correspond to the opening of trading. SOLIDARITY Pugs
