I don't expect much more of a rise for a while.... the BBWidth is still falling. A real breakout would occur with the Slow Sto rising to 80 and the BBwidth falling to 5 - 10 and then reversing. We are in a pretty rocky consolidation right now but it looks promising...right now maybe another 20 cent rise for a while but no dramatic drop.(hopefully)

I used to have a garden when I owned a house.... I had a cold frame 15'w by 3'd by 4'h... divided in 3 windows for access. I grew tomatoes, and peppers in there from late April to early October. The normal growing season in Calgary Alberta is only from mid-May to 1st week of Sept when we usually get a killing frost. But I would put an in-car heater in the cold frame and cycle it on/off for 30 mins at a time at night when the temp dropped below freezing and doing that extended the growing of my tomatoes by 4 weeks on either side. without the cold frame it is very difficult to grow tomatoes here... but using this method on 4 plants (I staggered planting 3" plants...one per week in April) I reaped over 400 tomatoes.... the first time I did this I planted 4 plants at once .... got the same amount of tomatoes but they came all at once :)...staggered was much better. I grew potatoes, cabbage, broccolli and beets in a normal raised bed.

But now I live in an apartment limited to a north exposure balcony.... nice for flowers but not much more.

We have had a cool wet summer but missed the early frost in Sept... but had 10" of snow in first week of Oct...which melted in 3 days followed by 5 nice fall days and this week a shot of another 3 " of snow which most has melted. The next week looks to be snow free and temp rising to 15C(about 62F) and sunny. We usually get a nice indian summer here and many recent years we get a "brown (no snow) Christmas".

A weird climate but you get more snow in your northern USA states than we get up here. rare floods, a few tornadoes in the countryside, few hard rains and hail, lots of sun normally but not this summer (unusual).

I live 45 mins from the Rockies to the West and 45 mins from bald-assed prairie to the East.

Good Trading, Bob
