Making this sized investment based upon a very uncertain "short position" is very strange in my opinion. This type of investment could have been made 'indirectly' in the shares of the company rather than 'directly' in the company. Doing it the way that they have suggests that they (the alleged investors) obviously got more shares for going 'directly' than in going 'indirectly.' What does this mean for the other shareholder??

My other point is that if these investors have invested in order to "bust the short," I hope that they are on-line and real-time because their opportunity for pump-and-dump will be very short lived.
