Pugs (or anyone):

"I think the investor , and the possible second investor liked OVIS for 5-6MM reasons!! (IMO)"

The $5M equity purchase by the first investor involves Rule 144 restricted shares not eligible for trading for one year (per the 10/09/97 8-K). How can this investor legally profit from a hypothetical short squeeze if it is over in less than one year? (And does anyone really imagine that the short squeeze will still be playing out when the Rule 144 shares are eligible for trading?)

BTW, do you know if the second investor is also receiving Rule 144 shares?

TIA
