David, maybe I didn't make myself clear on the INS, of should I say, lack of INS comments and the GSA scedule. I did not take Randy to say that he was expecting that money to come in on the scedule. At the time, he was answering a particular question on whether service revenues would continue to run ahead of product revenues. He basically said that may continue, until or unless the Goverment strays from the GSA scedule with a possible large order (INS?). Listen to it again and see if you don't agree!
