Terrence, It all does seem overwhelming, doesn't it? Each event you catalog is a potential disaster, all unto itself. I laugh every time I hear a comment about how so and so's earnings for the 4th quarter weren't impacted by Asia (see it's ok!). Guess they don't realize how easy it is to cover up any problem for one quarter, especially one that has barely begun. At some point they lose control, but they don't seem ready to let it go yet. It probably isn't a master plan, big conspiracy. Just an attempt to keep things afloat as long as possible. Dwight
