BTW, I dropped by and talked to Delmar a bit this afternoon. Gave him that TechPac, Mike, and he said to tell you he appreciates it (as I do mine).

I didn't want to talk "shop" too much with him, as it was past 5:00, and I'd already tied up his time real good on my previous unannounced visit.

We talked shop just a little bit, though.

The lawyer and CPA are going over the statements to be included in the financials and they should be released by the end of next week. Apparently the number-crunching has been completed.

While he doesn't feel reduction of the outstanding shares is a necessity quite yet, he wants to cut them down at some point. He seems to be leaning away from a reverse split, but doesn't discount that possibility entirely. Says they've been discussing all of the possibilities.

Though he can never be pinned down to say the actual words, he does seem to feel like they've got a pretty good shot at the FLR gigs (which total $15M, btw).

They've been keeping very busy. They've got other irons in the fire they're not at liberty to discuss yet.

Unfortunately, Barry wasn't there. I must've spoken to him about 50 times in the past 6 months, and was hoping to meet him.

Direct business stuff aside, it was my observation that Delmar seemed much happier and open than when I first met him. While I felt like I was being a bit of a nuisance on my first visit, he seemed genuinely happy to sit and chat with me this time.

I should mention that my best friend tagged along. He's not into the market, but when we left he told me he recognized the "Tomahawk" name. Said when he was driving dump trucks for a living, he was frequently sub-contracted to Tomahawk.

Now for something completely different: I just pulled up Time and Sales and see that the last 7 trades (89,100 shares) went at .027, but that the last bid was .026. Can anyone who was watching tell me how it went? That last trade that was over .026 happened at 11:51 in the morning. If I assume that everything at .027 or lower was a sell, it was nothing but selling all afternoon, yet the price held up nicely. That's 464k shares all afternoon.

Am I reading it right? That looks awfully bullish to me if those were actually sells with the bid still holding up. It also looks like there were 8 blocks of 50k traded and one block of 100k. The 100 and 6 of the 50's appear to have been buys, with the other two 50k blocks being part of the afternoon selling (assumption on my part -- the price on those blocks was .025). Another bullish indicator?

Guess I'll know tomorrow, eh? :)
