That would heat that CO2 and that heat would conduct to the other 99K+ molecules. That heat would expanse the gas and it would be lighter and thus rise working against gravity and it would expand undergoing Adiabatic cooling. Eventually it's companion H20 vapor would condense and freeze to ice crystals. Ice crystals that have thousands of times the emisivity of an equal mass of air molecules.



The emissivity of a gas versus it pressure and or mass is not defined anywhere. Because it cannot be measured with any degree of accuracy.
