You are mistakes. If you look at any of teh SEC filings, you will find that ENML makes it clear that they do not have FDA approval, nor is FDA approval a certainty. By checking the news releases, you will also see NO mention of FDA approval. Finally, FDA approval is only good for marketing statements. ADA approval is what they need if they are to convince the dental professionals to endorse their products.
