Yup,

Those electric power rates here in Washington State are just too cheap.

I have a friend who owns a Tesla that lives in Chelan, Washington in eastern Washington.

Her utility is Chelan County PUD.

The PUD owns two of it's own dams on the Columbia River.

There the price for electricity is the lowest in the U.S.

Residential at $0.0272 per kWhr.

I'm jealous, less than a penny per mile to drive her Model S for energy!
