Whats not a fact?

(1) That the Sun is going though an historic quiet period?
(2) It's known that the Magnetic shield of both the Sun and the Earth is becoming weaker at this time and that the Cosmic Ray index is going up? Interestingly enough, I used to read the "New Scientist" publication, and was a subscriber in the 1980's. Satellite data from vehicles orbiting the Sun showed unexpected weakening of the Suns Magnetic shield even back then, and nothing was said about it. There was a remarkable spooky absence of any comment.. It did not give me a comfortable feeling at all.
(3) Cosmic rays will increase cloud cover.

Bruce Wielick's remarks tell me loads. link previously shown.

Temperature calibration is the hardest of all measurements. That is another fact btw. Having some site called "crock of the week" tell us how some measurements are wrong is not really that helpful. The data calibrations maybe wrong but Mann is not the guy to tell us what it's supposed to be. There have been a number of issues regarding temperature calibration, and it's not all one sided at all.
