I don't have a problem with videos or TV that are educational, but of course would prefer to learn by reading. Doing our own research differentiates us from conservatives. Conservatives don't look things up. This is why Russian memes worked. They want someone to tell them what to believe and when to stop believing it. Studies show that conservatives are wired wrong. They're easily manipulated and when fooled, refuse to accept they were lied to. Reagan didn't balance the budget but they still admire him. Why? Because he got away with lying to the country. Look at "fiscal conservatism." None of their presidents left office with balanced budgets and yet they vote for people who yank their emotions with lies about balancing the budget. They're the most gullible people on the planet.
