I think most people who use laptops as primary computer use external monitor and keyboard at their primary location.

I don't, but did in my office when the desktop bit the dust a few years back. That would be a great poll question.

I would also like to see the results of "touchpad vs mouse" poll with a laptop. I need the mouse or touch screen, but I'm usually too lazy to extend my arm and finger, nor will my wife allow me touch her screen with my oily finger.
