CO2 does nothing to the global avg. temp.
It doesn't matter how it's getting into the atmosphere or how much.
It doesn't matter how it's removed or by how much.
Any debate over its levels as pertains to climate is an exercise in futility while at the same time wrongly acknowledges that it plays such a role in the first place.
