I don't understand your decision. Based on what you said, I would expect, that stock price will move over 1 what should be a buy recommendation.
If tasa really should be delisted it wouldn't be a catastrophy, because at least fundamentals are importent.

One question about the nasdaq listing. What will happen if tasa is trading over 1$ on FEb. 23rd and under 1$ the next week?
