Greg, Lot's of postives. They will save about 3million just due to the fact that they will only be running 1 company (on regulatory requirements, exchange requirements, reporting, audits, ect) (look at the profits of each company - this could be responsible for a large leap in EPS)...they compete. How? Buy building similar product (and in all honesty, IVI's are of a higher quality) with expensive R&D and then fight over the same market. Now they can focus R&D on maintaining and building competitive edges, and growing market share and expanding into complementary markets...combined cash gives them more flexibility (options) as they look for aquisitions (most likely use for the cash) and increased size adds credibility to marketing...They have great management, great products, and a great market (growing exponetially). ..I have a lot staked on their success and have no trouble sleeping at night. We have a winner here...
