Doug: I am watching very closely.

Beijing is extremely concerned; though, I would worry were they not.

I am interested to see if, and when, they implement the expanded spending plan for transportation infrastructure. My interests are vested, as you know.

Beijing plays a very cool game. Developments can come quickly. I'd like to be in front of them, but did not have "the big picture." More background and contrast were required.

The assertions you make are well-regarded.
