You'll be pleasantly surprised at its crispy freshness.

When put in soup it looks like and has the texture of a cube of potato.

A very nice mellow flavor in veggie soup.

I make a cayenne pepper chicken rice soup, with carrots, onions, kohlrabi,garlic,cabbage and celery.

Cures me when I get a cold.

When a friend gets the crud/flu, I make a big batch, store it in plastic containers and drop it off at their back door with a ten foot pole. LOL

It's always appreciated.
