Louel.. will separation change the fact that BC is blocking Alberta not the Feds ? How does separation change that.. BC is Alberta's enemy (NO NOT TOO HARSH) while exporting coal the US won't touch and dumping $hit directly into Juan de Fuca because the current makes it somebody else's problem I've been over this with teevee.. Maybe Churchill Man.. for a seasonal port at least..
