To All,

I worked for CrossComm from 1989-1996. I was there for the best and worst of times. I know the company has another pending management change underway. The success of the company will depend on the end-game objective of CrossComm management. If they concentrate on ATM to token-Ring backbone solutions, they can develop a strong niche product that will make the company marketable. The company will only be marketable if it is the intention of management to sell the company. It would be very difficult for the company to become a large internetworking player without a broad, competitive product offering that is distributed through multiple revenue channels. To date, CrossComm does not have a broad product line and only one revenue channel, its direct sales force.
