I plan to follow through with the plan, sell into strength today, and raise 25% cash to spend at the next dip. With 75% still invested, I won't be devestated if I'm wrong and the OSX turns around on a dime. It would be encouraging and further evidence that we are in the midst of the beginning of the turnaround in this sector if we did not get down to previous lows (OSX 88) with the next dip. It would be especially discouraging and I would have to re-evaluate where we really are if the dip goes below support at 86 or so (on the OSX).
