shares that were previously restricted will soon be allowed to trade publicly. Many of the restricted shares were converted from convertible debt to 'restricted' stock in Oct/Nov. I don't want to spread misinformation, so call the co. yourself and confirm... However this is focusing on trees in spite of forest...
