Citigroup downgrades Brks from buy to hold, brings price target down from 44 to 42 and price pops up to a new ATH (old high was 42.25 and it is trading as I type at 42.34).

You don't think Citi would issue a downgrade and then buy up all the stock that was sold. NAH not in Wall Street!
