Thanks for the warning! I've not yet had the need for customer service. I'll bet that after all the new recruits are evaluated, the bad ones will be filtered out. The company's recent explosive growth has demanded a larger staff. Hiring in a hurry to meet customer demands leaves little room for quality assurance. I think that Etrade will work out the bugs in its human resources and provide much better service
