Steve, another "value" play is PJTV. Selling at $1.5/share does not give full value to the $1.17/share value for PJTV ownership of MHTX shares at the ratio of 2 shares of MHTX for every share of PJTV. Nor does it factor in its recent acquisition of an Italian competitor.
