Thanks for the reply. I hope you are correct but with my misgivings about this company's management, I'll continue to worry about the issue until its settled. Also, if management is so confident about the ultimate outsome,then why not move aggressively to settle the matter on its own terms rather than passively awaiting the next salvo by ASC?

On another issue, has anyone thought about making sure that the agenda for the next annual meeting includes some items designed to make sure that management is prepared to take Naxos to the next level now that the initial results have been certified.( For instance, adding new and independent members of the board, new members of management who have been through a commercial scale up before,
someone with a plan to promote the stock, etc.) Maybe I'm ahead of myself but if things continue to progress as we hope, that annual meeting is coming up quickly.
