There isn't a court in the country that would consider an FBI rule on not indicting a criminal to be law. I'd like to see Mueller or any republican get laughed out of court as they try to defend this rule. I can't see how Pence isn't impeached. He was fully aware of the crimes and failed to report them. He's a co-conspirator.
