jjsirius- It looks like someone unloaded a 40,000 share block at that time. There weren't too many buyers at that time, unfortunately. Then it looks like it became a day of sell-on-news.
Yes, MCRL has been very volatile and will remain this way short term, but expect upgrades and coverage initiations with a gradual uptrend long term.
