Mr. Norton who joined the Naxos staff sometime back fills the bill on mining savy management. He has been in Venezuela overseeing and improving the operations there. I understand that at some point he will turn his attention towards development issues at Franklin Lake. A brief resume is available in a news release at the Naxos website dated around September or August '97. His experience in dealing with Platinum should be of particular interest.

Naxos is only now beginning to enter the stage where such additions are necessary as the research phase draws to a close. No doubt the tough times in the PM industry will make available a wealth of mining talent as unprofitable mines and mining companies curtail operations.
