John, thank you for your detailed answer. As you already mentioned there could be the reason that this man didn't think about all problems related to the delisting because of a lack of professionalism, or he is absolutely sure, for a reason we don't know, that tasa will fulfill the requirements, and he couldn't answer your questions because he didn't need to think about it.

This point really makes me thinking:

" With an acquisition we should be mid-teens."

This could be the reason. If they announce another acquisition then the 1$ should be for sure.

Additionally I think Bob Davis knows more than all others do. This was the case when he was already informed about the bookmatch service, and he told that he was not able to talk about it. The way he is praising specifically this company could imply that he knows more than the news which are public. But of course this is pure speculation. He is the only analyst I know whom I trust in this way that he is convinced what he says and he is not manipulating us.

I have to correct myself when I said that a delisting wouldnt be a catastrophy. You are wright. For the short term a panic selling would occur, which easily could push down the stock 30-40%.

I hope you find the entrance again if it goes up.

Thanks Ralph!
