Why wouldn't he expect it in DC? DC is a zombie Dem town full of slothly govt workers that have been given their jobs by incompetent Dem administrations which could not stimulate the private sector so they created jobs only through expanding the govt which is a blood sucking leach on the middle class. It is the town of the deep state. The people who live and work there are primarily dependent on the deep state getting larger and expanding. That is how they advance in their careers. Trump is their avowed enemy. DC IS the swamp.
