Delisting Process

Hello,

I understand that a company has the ability to appear before NASDAQ so as to discuss potential delisting. This type of discussionhelped USDL from being delisted due to inadequate capital and negative equity. TASA has the equity and capital required to remain listed. If given the opportunity to present these facts to NASDAQ I am relatively certain that TASA will retain its NASDAQ ststus.

In the unlikely event that TASA is delisted there is every reason to believe that the effect will be minor. This statement is based on my real life experience with BB stocks that have less to offer than TASA yet continue to command a price level above $1.00 as the fundamentals are sound. A perfect example of this situation is OPMC.

Regards,

Tom
