Hi Don. Thanks for the reply. The other website that is like SI is my Xfinity email page. YT loads pretty quickly and videos play at normal speeds usually. Others might take 7 - 10 seconds. Back in late June, I had some kind of trouble booting (for the life of me, I can't remember what the problem was!) but I opened it up to see what I could see. A friend's grandson got it running again after updating the Flash Bios. I can't say the slow speed happened before or after that though, sorry. Here's the model - smile.amazon.com Stan
