Roger, You do not know Bill Clinton like we know him! Deep down he is convinced he is not guilty even if he is! He does not know the difference from right and wrong! He has eaten off of the tax payers all his life, and will not give that up unless he is proven to be guilty and forced out! Hank P.S.-What is a OTC stock to you Roger? I think of the over the counter stock market when one mentions OTC stocks! P.S.S.-By the way I have never voted for the man since he ran for his first state office here in Arkansas in the 70's!
