First it appears all who talk the bullish talk are not 100% LONG.

That's good.

And yes the SPX just made a new high. But let's keep it real over the past two years the move off 2916 to the 3033 is is nada to write home about.

Heck any smart enough to listen to DA CHIEF and catch AAPL off the 141 to the 240 ish did far better. And that's just the straight play. Just think what a well position call leap did.

But I digress.

I'm on record 3078 is a possibility.

So too 3240 Spx.

However for all the talk about new highs this indicator is no where near making a new high.
