It is stressful, even for those of us who stopped getting letters from PG&E that they would shut off our power. For my zip code, it means they shut off some power in Los Altos Hills but not down in the flat lands. I posted my rant/commentary here this AM: facebook.com thanks for your kind thoughts Kirk
