Hey Deep: "I hope taxes and takeovers are their main motivation." Me too. Another poster reminded me that UPR may have strongly recommened that they become a Del. Corp. as part of the deal. NAMX is now an independent entity. Patroclos and Zurich Holdings are not clouding the picture as they were during the summer. Their current organization is much simpler. This is how I see it shaping up: NAMX NAMX Worldwide, a fully owned subsidiary of NAMX NAMX Energy, a fully owned subsidiary of NAMX marty
