It does not taste like meat.

Its a "juicy" alternative for vegetarians who miss a juicy meat burger as most protein burgers are / were dry. I've eaten their protein burgers but still prefer red meat burgers.

On the flip side I don't eat sausage but do like the Beyond Meat sausages.
