You really think the stock is going to struggle for months? I doubt that. Plus the reasons are hardly unidentifiable. Reason number one is lowered guidance. Reason number two is that the CEO is retiring. Lowered guidance makes next quarter easier to beat. Hire the right new CEO and that gives the stock a pop too. Anyway, I'm glad you dodged a bullet with time sensitive options but I believe after hours action often ends up being an overreaction that leads to a quick rebound. Tomorrow is another day. There will be lots of days in the best seasonal trading months of the year before we would have to end up with months of downside. RtS
