After reading some of the recent pages, I thought of buying American
Eco. Yesterday overheard a rumour that Eco cannot finance its proposed takeover of DBCO with its own funds. Eco will go to market to raise a $50 million convertible debenture which will be convertible at a discount to market. Red alert, this is how DBCO got into trouble and had its stock drop from $6 to $2. Basically, the holders of DBCO
convertible notes shorted the stock before converting, guaranteeing
themselves of a profit no matter how low the stock went, and there was
no floor. Are we going to see a report? Can anyone confirm or deny
Eco's way of raising the funds it needs? This could be a serious flaw,we better find out now.
