GE and using a pnf chart.

I put up it's RSI chart.

And we know from where it dropped.. Well most of us do. Many forget it peaked in the 42.12 area in year 2007 before it came all the way down to the 5.87 area in 2009. It then made its move back to the 33.03 to then drop again to the 6's if memory serves. It pushed the 11's. Dropped again to where it is now within X % for turning those O's to X's in it's RSI.

EXPECT IT. It's coming.

As it does then any who watched it come down should have an idea of where it the areas of support and resistance are to the upside.

I could have put up a few charts using a few different box sizes. I.E .81/1.62/4.86

Yet this is the one I will use. It's the .972 Value box. If you want to track it's RSI.

CLOSING PRICE/SPXEW x 100. That is what the system uses. IF you want to track it interday. PRICE/SPXEW and jot it down to understand what was hit or not hit during the day. That helps to drill down.

Lastly never forget FA should never be ignored and factored in.
